Hello BitchBuzzers, your friendly neighborhood sex blogger here with your bi-weekly column on all things hot and wired. I've actually been a bit under the weather lately, suffering from some flu/upper chest/sore throat/fever/generally feeling crappy type thing for the past week which has precluded my brain from having many original thoughts.

I came to a rather unsettling conclusion the other day. The last two boys I kissed both originally introduced themselves to me using fake names. On Tuesday, there was The InnKeeper - the manager of a Soho bar I frequent. He originally told me his name was Al - and then later confessed to it being something different*. Prior to that there was FireBoy - who at least told me his real first name, but then said his surname was “Calacanis”.

I'm just going to say straight off the bat that this week's column is a rant inspired by the vapid commentary made by The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Shari Shepherd the passing of California's Proposition 8.
In case you are unfamiliar with Prop 8, last Tuesday California - to my knowledge - one of the most liberal states in the Union voted to overturn a California Supreme Court ...

It just got a little harder to post Erotic Services ads on Craigslist. Bound Not Gagged reports that the online listings site has signed an agreement with 40 states (interestingly enough, California, where Craigslist is based, did not sign the agreement.) to require Erotic Services posters to pay a fee with a valid credit card, much like "straight job...

In the midst of all this presidential election excitement (and fear and dread), there's a whole other slew of elections happening at the state level, including San Francisco's Proposition K, which will de-criminalize prostitution and forbid police from prosecuting sex workers and their clients.

I love Agent Provocateur’s advertising campaigns and they often cause as much of a stir as the risqué lingerie itself. The campaign for their latest collection ‘Pirates’ is no exception, featuring veteran supermodel Helena Christensen alongside face of the moment, and newcomer to the sexy lingerie label, Alice Dellal performing some scantily clad s...

Another day, and another new depressing angle on the Brand-Ross-Sachs Scandal has come to light. First there was outrage construed by the bastards at the Daily Mail, then there was Ofcom, Russell Brand quit, Ross has been suspended, top folks at the BBC have resigned - it's all a huge fucking mess.

The cyber age is upon us, ladies and germs... Kelly and I were enjoying a cigarette on our tiny back porch when she suddenly looked at me and said, "Ese did you hear about the woman in Japan who was arrested for manslaughter after she killed her husband's avatar?"
The word avatar didn't register for at least thirty seconds; because, I just took a drag off my cigarette and shrugged. As sick as it sounds, people kill people every day and hearing about one more murder - one as far away ...

Following in the great tradition of Housing Maps, a Craigslist housing mashup that lets you search for apartments efficiently, comes another Google Maps and Craigslist mashup: he cleverly titled HookUpMaps.
You can search for the closest slutty people posting for sex in a number of limited cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York are among them. San Diego, Maryland and Virginia are also included.) Hookups are all about...
